We rented electric scooters (aka E-scooters) that have recently become available on public roads in the central areas of Tokyo. Although efficient, the trains in Tokyo are notorious for being crowded, and taxis can get pretty pricey!
So if you need to quickly dash across town to your next meeting, then this could be the perfect solution! You can just pull up the app on your phone, find your nearest location and pick up an electric kickboard scooter or bicycle for your next journey!
We took them across the world-famous Shibuya Scramble crossing and then around the area, stopping off at popular spots like Yoyogi Park and Harajuku!
